Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Time and Material Biller to join their client's dynamic construction team in Fresno, CA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in job costing, labor and material documentation, and construction billing processes. The position is full-time and requires the ability to work collaboratively with project and accounting teams to ensure the accurate processing of time and material billings.

Responsibilities:

  • Process accurate time and material billings for construction projects.
  • Maintain and document job costing, labor, and material usage.
  • Collaborate with project and accounting teams to support billing processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of billing documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to billing activities.
  • Address and resolve billing discrepancies and issues promptly.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records and documentation.
  • Support the team in achieving project deadlines and financial goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience in construction billing processes and job costing.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in documentation of labor and material usage.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with project and accounting teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Required Work Hours:

Monday - Friday, Full-Time

Benefits:

Competitive hourly pay ranging from $23 to $25.

Additional Details:

Max Pay is $25 per hour. Min Pay is $23 per hour.
